Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Bizotic Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.

2. Advance Payments

All projects require an advance payment before work begins. The advance payment covers initial project setup, resource allocation, and preliminary work. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered in the following cases: if the project has not yet commenced and no work has been initiated, if there is a significant deviation from the agreed project scope that cannot be resolved, or if Bizotic Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations: change of mind after project commencement, delays caused by the client (late feedback, content, or approvals), dissatisfaction after approved milestones or deliverables, third-party costs already incurred (domain registration, hosting, ad spend, software licenses), or completed and delivered projects.

5. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled midway, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to that point. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of completed work, resources used, and any third-party expenses from the total amount paid.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at info@bizotictech.com with your project details and reason for the request. Our team will review your request within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding refunds, we encourage open communication to reach a fair resolution. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to arbitration under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.

8. Service-Specific Terms

Certain services may have additional refund conditions as outlined in their respective project proposals or agreements. Monthly retainer services (e.g., digital marketing) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refund will be issued for the current billing period after services have been rendered.

9. Modifications to This Policy

Bizotic Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. It is the client's responsibility to review this policy periodically.
