Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging with Bizotic Technologies, you agree to the following terms.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Bizotic Technologies. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Bizotic Technologies provides digital solutions including but not limited to web development, digital marketing, branding & graphic design, and IT & software services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
3. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary content/materials required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.
4. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment terms vary by project and will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice. An advance payment is required before work begins. Remaining payments are due upon milestones or project completion as agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Bizotic Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions & Modifications
Each service plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes after project commencement will require a revised proposal and may affect pricing and timelines.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bizotic Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Non-refundable advance payments are subject to our Refund Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
11. Changes to Terms
Bizotic Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
